(Al-Qiyama) 75 : 18
فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ

Then, when We read It to you, then you have to follow that Reading.

Lord’s Book is not codified according to the order It is revealed. As told in previous verse when each verse was revealed, Allah who is the Three Time Knower commanded in which Surah and as which verse number it is to be entered. According to the instruction of Messenger, the writers at the time itself the verse was revealed wrote and kept It, and in every year in ‘Ramdhan’ month Angel Jibreel verified It by making It read by Messenger. Lord’s Book which is read and codified according to the command o
f Allah should be read, understood the Message, and should be taught the Message in the order from Al-Baqara to subsequent Surahs until Annas. Adhikr is the Splendid Book from the Three Time Knower in which no falsehood enters either before or after Its codification as mentioned in verses 41: 41-42; the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book mentioned in verse 25: 33; and which is the Guidance, Mercy and Glad Tidings to those who submitted all to the Lord, and is the Book which explains each and everything as mentioned in verse 16: 89. So the believer should understand It by reading It or hearing It from others by participating the soul from the first to the last. But against the teaching of Lord through His Messenger, today the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar who follow 29 pseudo prophets and welcome 30th pseudo prophet are learning and teaching to bye-heart the Arabic text of Qur’an from the left to the right which means from the last to the first. The justification they raise for it is that the small Surahs in “Amma Juz’a” are simple to bye-heart and recite in the five times prayer. But Lord has taught through His Messenger that it is best to read Lord’s Book by looking in to the verses than reading without looking. They have read in verses 9: 67-68; 18: 101; 25: 34, 65-66; 48: 6; 98: 6, etc. that without becoming believer with Adhikr-the Permission to become believer, no prayer, fasting, Hajj, Umra, welfare tax, etc. will be accepted; moreover,  it will cause to get Hellfire as fine for doing these deeds heedlessly and aimlessly as explained in verses 25: 65-66. Thus what is told in verse 9: 125 that “Adhikr won’t increase for them except filth over filth, and their life will be departed from them while they are disbelievers” is happened true in the case of these Fujjar. See explanation 2: 186; 3: 10; 7: 8-9; and 15: 44.
